Plasma TV furniture varies

Plasma TV furniture styles and prices vary. It depends on the size of your plasma TV, your other electronics and where you want to put it. Many furniture and accessories manufacturers are available to outfit you with which-ever option you want for your plasma. Additional options can outfit you with furniture that is functional and fit within your style of your room.
 

Hang it or put it on a stand?

Since the plasma doesn’t take the space your old CRT TV did, you have many options. If you choose to hang your plasma TV on the wall, there are many different styles available;

- Basic flush-mount bracket
- Hydraulic plasma bracket (so you can move it)
- Drop-down TV panel bracket
- Rising hydraulic bracket (from the floor)

Most plasma manufacturers offer matching floor stands and pedestal stands so your plasma can sit right on the floor. If you choose to purchase the matching floor stand, it will usually make the plasma look sleek. To see an example of this, look at Panasonic’s Viera models…they look fantastic. If you are looking for a more-conventional TV stand, many furniture stores offer wood or veneer stands that will match your other furniture.
